2. How long does your OSRS merch take to make and ship?

All of our OSRS merch is made on demand, so production and delivery times vary by product.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since everything is made on demand, we don’t accept returns for size or preference issues. But if there’s a problem with the order, we’ll fix it - guaranteed.
4. Can I buy this as a Runescape gift? Will they like it?
