We strictly adhere to a limited edition model for all our products. For each design, whether it's an LED Neon sign, t-shirt, or print, we only produce 100 units. Once these are sold, they won't be reproduced.

When purchasing one of our products, you have 2 weeks to inquire about a refund if anything is wrong with your purchase. (It’s a good idea to have an opening/unboxing video as evidence). After the 2 weeks have passed, we offer a 12 month warranty, as we stand behind our product. Every case requires it’s own share of discretion.

Absolutely not. Our Runescape Neon LED signs are completely noiseless. However, it is important to note that electric neon transformers output a very high frequency and the high-pitched resonance could possibly be detectable to some ears, but most likely not to others.

All our signs are made with LED Neon strips, so they have a very low voltage – no more than 12 volts. Because of this, the LED Neon lights will produce minimal heat, even if your sign is plugged in for weeks.

It comes from something called phosphorescent pigments mixed into the paint of your RuneScape art. These pigments absorb light when exposed to it and then release it slowly in the dark, creating the glowing efect. nlight or simply use the included UV flashlight. The used paint is durable and prepped for use, so no need to worry about it losing the shine!

You can charge your glow in the dark art by exposing it to any light source for a few minutes. The best light sources are those that emit UV (ultraviolet) or blue light, such as black lights, LED lights, fluorescent lights, etc. You can also use natural light or sunlight. Avoid using incandescent or halogen lights, as they may not provide enough energy for your art to glow.

Depending on how it's charged and the type of light source, the glow can keep up for as long as 12 hours. To get the best shine, put the OSRS artwork where it gets a lot of sunlight during the day. That way, it'll be all set to light up your evening.
